- The spray is resistant to salt water and fresh water and temperatures up to +300 °C (+572 °F). After more than 450 hours in the salt spray test according to DIN EN 9227,
- The spray can be used for repairing hot galvanized parts with matching colours, as highly effective antirust primer and also for welded joints
- Paintable after coated
Common applications include: for car bodypainting, as coating on welded joints in structures and drill holes, and as conductive intermediate layer in spot-welding.

Corrosion-resistant and effective surface coating
WEICON Stainless Steel Spray is a surface coating based on acrylic resin and stainless steel pigments and resistant to chemicals, corrosion and weather. It is temperature-resistant up to +300 °C (+572 °F) for a short period of time. Stainless Steel Spray can be used wherever a resistant and effective protective layer is required. The alloy is comprised of chromium, nickel and manganese, amongst others. WEICON Stainless Steel Spray can be used to repair damaged stainless steel parts on truck bodies, silos and pipelines, and outdoor applications. It can also be used for decorative purposes and for the optical refinement of glass, wood, stone, ceramics and most plastics.
