WEICON Fast-Metal Minute Adhesive is a two-component, steel-filled epoxy adhesive designed for high-strength bonding and gap-filling applications. Supplied in a double-cartridge system (resin + hardener) for accurate mixing without measuring. The paste-like consistency makes it ideal for bonding metals — including steel and aluminium — to each other or to other substrates such as plastics, wood, ceramics, glass, stone, or fibre-reinforced materials. The adhesive can bridge gaps up to 4 mm, fill cracks and cavities, and bond poorly fitting or rough surfaces. Typical curing profile at +20 °C: pot life ~ 3–4 minutes, handling strength in ~40 minutes, working strength (~50%) in ~2 hours, and full strength after 24 hours. Once cured, the bond is grey, machinable, and resistant to temperatures from –50 °C to +145 °C, making it suitable for repair, maintenance, and structural bonding — even on vertical surfaces.
