Returns and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to consumers who purchase goods online from President Trading. It does not limit any mandatory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Business purchases are governed by the applicable contract and mandatory law.

2. Fourteen-day right of withdrawal

For an eligible distance purchase, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If one order is delivered in several shipments, the period begins when the last item, lot or piece is received.

Before the 14-day period expires, send us the model form below or any other clear statement of your decision by email to president-trading@gmail.com or by post to President Trading, 39-1 Av. Victor Hugo, 93380 Stains, France. Simply returning or refusing a parcel, without a clear withdrawal statement, is not sufficient.

3. Returning the goods

After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that notification to: President Trading, 39-1 Av. Victor Hugo, 93380 Stains, France. Please include the order number and your contact details.

You may inspect and handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and operation, as you could reasonably do in a shop. You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

4. Return costs

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you bear only the direct cost of returning the goods when we informed you of that cost before purchase. If the required pre-contractual information about return costs was not supplied, or if we agreed to bear the cost, we bear it. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, follow the return-cost information shown before purchase and contact us before arranging transport.

If an item is defective, damaged on delivery, not what you ordered or otherwise covered by a mandatory legal guarantee, President Trading bears the necessary return cost. Contact us before sending it so that we can provide instructions.

5. Refunds

We refund all sums paid for the withdrawn goods, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. Extra delivery cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method is not refunded.

For goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree to another method that causes you no fees.

6. Statutory exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons; goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; unsealed audio, video or computer software; fully performed services begun with your prior express agreement and acknowledgement; and digital content supplied without a physical medium after performance begins with the required consent and acknowledgement.

7. Defective or incorrect goods

The statutory withdrawal right is separate from your legal guarantees. If goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and useful evidence. Remedies under mandatory law, including repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination where the legal conditions are met, are provided without charge.
