1. Scope and merchant identity

This online store is operated under the trading name President Trading ("President Trading", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms govern your use of the website and purchases made through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. If a translated version conflicts with the version applicable to your purchase, mandatory law and the information provided at checkout prevail.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

You must have legal capacity to place an order. Information you provide must be current, complete and accurate. You must not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, scrape the website contrary to applicable law, or infringe another person’s rights.

3. Products, information and availability

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by device. Product availability and delivery estimates may change. We may correct a clear error or withdraw a product before accepting an order, subject to mandatory law. Your legal rights apply if the goods do not conform to the contract or description.

4. Prices, currency, taxes and payment

Prices for the France market are displayed in euros (EUR) unless the storefront clearly states otherwise. The final price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and any discount are shown before you confirm payment. You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the confirmed total. We do not add an undisclosed charge after confirmation.

5. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement only confirms receipt. The sales contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or a legal restriction. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we refund it without undue delay.

6. Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk passes as provided by mandatory law. If delivery is delayed or impossible, the remedies required by applicable consumer law remain available. Please read our Shipping Policy for operational details.

7. Withdrawal, returns and legal guarantees

Eligible consumers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described in our Returns and Refund Policy. That policy also explains return costs, refund timing, statutory exceptions and the model withdrawal form. This separate right does not replace the legal guarantee of conformity or the guarantee against hidden defects. Mandatory remedies are supplied without charge when their legal conditions are met.

8. Promotions and discounts

A promotion is subject to the conditions displayed with it, including eligibility, dates, territory, exclusions and whether it may be combined with other offers. A discount is applied only when the checkout confirms it. Mandatory consumer rights are not reduced by a promotion.

9. Intellectual property and user content

Website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use it for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit it without the relevant rights holder’s permission. If you submit content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that it is lawful; any permission you grant us is limited to operating, displaying and promoting the Services as described when the content is submitted.

10. Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify. Payment, delivery, analytics or other functions may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. External links are provided for convenience; we are responsible only to the extent required by applicable law.

11. Liability

We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to those rights, each party is responsible for foreseeable loss caused by its breach. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove any remedy that mandatory law gives you.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and purchases through the France storefront are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of your habitual residence. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a complaint. You retain access to any competent court or consumer dispute-resolution procedure available under mandatory law.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms for future use of the website or future orders. The version presented when an order is placed governs that order unless a change is required by law. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
